Daily Avtivities # FINAL TEST ( English Version)

       Hello guys, today is the last day of practice in the fifth semester and today is the final day of my group, name group 1. The final this time is different from the previous finals, this final is a pastry table where we are told to create our own theme by ordering own materials to be used later.

       Before start doing we make  proposal first, and make  purchase order. After that we were give capital to buy property that will be used later on the pastry table. And we divide the task of who makes the property and who makes the proposal. The guys are in charge of making property and the girls make proposals.

       We make our own property with the capital that has been given. After all the properties are finished we just have to wait for the day H to prepare and incidentally our group gets the last place for the final, which is Thursday, so we are preparing for Wednesday.

       Today we are starting to prepare for the final tomorrow, we prepare all the cakes and prepare the properties that will be used tomorrow and we set up on TVRI Makassar. We share what menus will be made today. Our menus are: croissants & danish, manou koougin, donuts, cheese sticks, macarons, choux, brownies, roll cakes, slice cakes, rumball, talam susu, cantik manis, pudding & jelly kue lapis.

       Today I prepare market snacks and other friends preapare bread etc. We prepare from 7 to 8 at night. After finishing preparing we clean all the equipment that has been used earlier.

       We also prepare for the tools and condiment that will be used for tomorrow's set up and double check anything that is lacking. after we finish, we start the GC and bersipa to go home because tomorrow we will set up outside the campus.
