Hello guys, our activity today in the kitchen help
prepare the group that will have breakfast on Wednesday the previous week every
Wednesday or Thursday we prepare for morning tea and the group that will prepare
will be diluted. We help prepare group 2
for making bread and market snacks, and this time I helped prepare the
doko-doko cangkuning and helped make the lemper. Doko-doko cangkuning is one of
Makassar's traditional bugis cakes coated with banana leaves.
While lemper is a food made from sticky rice which
usually contains shredded or chopped chicken, and is wrapped in banana leaves.
Lemper has a savory flavor and the plates are usually grilled before eating. Today, we also made a product for the
coffee break that suddenly had 3 items, namely, soft roll, steamed brownies,
and risoles. We have to do it quickly because this coffee break suddenly and I
handle to make risoles.
The first thing I did was make the contents after
that made the skin for the risoles, after we finished we began to fry and the
other friends started packing the other menus to the box provided while waiting
for the ingredients to cool. After
all the morning tea and coffee break preparations were finished we were
prepared for oneline and as usual we were given direction before going home,
after we finished praying and going home.
