Hello guys, today i come to campus early around in 06.45 am, because my class made to product today. Menu to sale is nasi goreng kampung and pisang coklat. The first we did is prepare all ingredients and tools that will be used made fried rice, as wait rice done we to prepare condiment that will be used for made nasi goreng as shallot, garlic and red chili.
After that we prepare lumpia for pisang coklat, on banana in the peel and cut four or two portion, banana in rolled up with spring roll that sown gula and chocolate powder. After finish made to nasi goreng kampung and pisang coklat start to page the product. Next we start to clean area and prepare for go in the class amenable in materi. Next we explained and asked about what to do in today, partial go sell in the product and the rest we clean up area kitchen is pastry.
After finish in area we made leaven from sour dough for used made bread tomorrow. We made two, one for sweet bread and one for sour bread, after finish made to leaven we prepare ingredients for made product tomorrow.
Recipe
Ingredients :
3 pcs eggs
3 pcs egg yolks
100 gr flour
10 gr tbm
75 gr melted margarine
25 gr milk powder
100 gr sugar
Cooking Methode :
1. Prepare all ingredients and tools.
2. Mix egg, egg yolks, sugar and tbm
3. After that add flour and milk powder mix until well.
4. Next add melted margarine stir it back.
5. Pour into the mould then bake in 15-20 minutes.
After finish to made sponge we had lunch to made my friend. We clean up area the clock 16.00, before finish cleaning area we're waiting oneline and come back.
