guys today i come in the kitchen clock 06.17, we return product as day before. We
prepare all ingredients that used for product today. Product today is tahu
pokpow, rice bowl and banana chocolate. After product finish and clean area we
come back to class for received materi and anything will made today. Product today
is prepare roti abon, talam labu, lemper, opera cake, sachertorte and berliner
for afternoon tea tomorrow.
Then
every group prepare one of and my goup prepare talam labu, after that we help
group another not yet finish preparan. And today we to prepare for product
today. After that we oneline and expalined about afternoon tea tomorrow, and
prove experince change that before we prepare only 30 pax and plus into 100-150
pax, so we direct prepare something less.
After
all product finish we start to cleaned area and clean all tools and tidy it up
then put the place. We to clean windows, as regular we clean vertical and we
start clean table working then clean floor. After finish cleaned area we tidy
up all tools and we rest momentary as wait for oneline and be given info about
afternoon tea tomorrow and after that we back to home
