      Hello guys today we come back practice in the kitchen, as usually we come in the kitchen clock 07.15, while waiting dosen that incharge that will explained to material that will made today. materi today is how to make tape. tape is the snack produced from proses fermentasi foodstuff carbohydrate as a substrate by yeast.
      There are two types tape to be made this tape ketan dan tape singkong. before that we buy yeast will be used on the tape, after that we wash rice and soaked overnight to produce soft rice. and today we prepare tape singkong, the first skin out cassava then wash throughly after that steamed but not ripe then destroy yeast then filter above cassava which are ready steamed just now. after that keep in 2-3 day until the tape is sweet. 
      Today we chosen several people for prepare cooking class in the M Boutique Hotel before we appointed prepare the ingredients and i prepare pallubasa and pisang ijo. we told to appont one person from semester 3 to help prepare and i chose yusril to help me. after all the preparation are finished the tools and material that will be used tomorrow we put into one place. after that we start to gc and were ready to go home.
