Hello genks, we
were given material about carving brought by Mr. Wawan but my group did not
participate to receive the material because today my group can turn to morning
tea. Every Thursday
there is one group that is set up to prepare morning tea, and the preparations
start on Tuesday until Wednesday so Thursday is just finishing so that the
market snacks are not fast stale prepared on the H day.
And today my
group can turn to morning tea, we begin to prepare but before we divide any must be made so that the work quickly completed and structured. Each person
handles the menu that the cake or bread that will be made quickly finishes
and all group members must work. And I made a sweet lady and helped
preparations for cangkuning doko-doko. First, I make a
mixture for the green color of the ingredients, namely coconut milk, flour,
refined sugar and eggs, the mixture is both coconut milk and cornstarch. While
the ingredients for white are coconut milk, rice flour, and a little salt.
After the
ingredients have been prepared, first cook the coconut milk with cornstarch
until it thickens and then cool, after that mix the refined sugar flour, the
egg with coconut milk stir until evenly mixed and mix with the cooked coconut
milk and add the green coloring stir then strain, then make the mixture the
white color of coconut milk and then enter the rice flour and add a little
salt, then spread the mold with a little oil and then pour the dough in green
then add a little white mixture then steam until cooked.
