Hello guys, today we come back in the kitchen today,
we come to campus because we will prepare for coffee breaks and we help the
group that will have morning tea the next day. Previously morning tea was done
on Thursday but since the opening of a fair job will be held so morning tea
will be promoted on Tuesday. Before
star doing we were directed and indicated what menu would be made for today.
After being directed we divide the group of people who will work this menu. And
the group that morning tea for tomorrow start preparing and make any cakes and
bread that included.
And today we prepar for the lunch box, and coffee break
morning and there coffee break in the afternoon so we divided the section where
the lunch box work, which work coffee break 1 and coffee break 2. And I did the
coffee break which support some other friends. Coffe menu breaks 2 is: bread abon, sweet lady, and
risol mayo. I handle to make nona manis that help by Ismiranti. Before make the
nona manis we prepare the materials and tools to be used first, after that
start to make the dough green and make a white dough.
Before,steam the steaming first and spread the mold
with oil, then add the green dough to ¼ mold then pour a little white dough
then steam until cooked. After
the coffee break and lunch box finished, we began to clean the pastry area and
wash all the tools that used earlier. First clean the working table then cleans
the floor, after that we wait for oneline and get ready to go home.
