Daily Activities #2 (English Version)

Hello guys materi practic today in the class is croissant. Before, we explained how to make croissant and someone my friend persentation about ingredient food. After that we told preparation ingredients and tools which will be use for to make croissant. Before we practic we are see how to make croissant.

Ingredients :
1 kg         hard flour
90 gr       sugar
15 gr       salt
10 gr       instant dry yeast
2 pcs       egg
600 ml    fresh milk
600 gr     shortening fat

Cooking Methode :
1. Prepare all ingrediants and tools.
2. Mix all dry ingredients.
3. Put egg then knead until all ingredients are mixed.
4. Add fresh milk little by little then knead but dont be dull.
5. cover the dough then save at room temperature for 1 hour.
6. Flat the dough then tuck in fat.
7. Proofing for 1 hour.
8. Folding the dough with fold  single.
9. Proofing back for 2 hour
10. And then flat the dough the from into at croissant.
11. Proofing for 1 hour in room temperature after that basting with eggwash then let it stand for 10 minutes.
12. Then basting back with eggwash.
13. Baking in temperature 175 derajat celsius for 15 minutes then lower it temperature  150 derajat celcius for 10 minutes.
