hello guys, today materi in the class is decoration cake before we prepare ingredients used for layer cake. layer use this time is ganache. in it i made butter cream for coating. and i made mirror glaze as the coating outside. mirror glaze as the ornament for coating or cover cake.

Ingredients :
60 gr gelatin
280 gr water
1 cup sugar
238 gr condensed milk
400 gr white chocolate

Cooking Methode :
1. prepare all ingredients and tools
2. chop white chocolate
3. heat water, sugar, condensed milk and gelatin powder.
4. mix gelatin powder with water until late before your heat with some ingredients
5. pour the liquid into chocolate chop stir for chocolate is melted
6. you can give some ingredients colouring in to glaze.
