Ingredients :
300 gr flour
2 sdm milk powder
160 gr butter
1/4 sdt salt
2 btr egg
1 sdm icing sugar
Cooking Methode:
1. add flour, milk powder, salt, and icing sugar until mix well with teknik rubbing.
2. after being mixing add butter.
3. and put the egg
4. and then roll dough with thickness 0,5 mm and put in the chiller for 15 minutes.
5. mould the dough and then bake for 10 minutes
6. after basting with eggwash and bake again for 5 minutes.
7. after in filling and then keep in the chiller.
